Meranti

Meranti is valuable species of tropical red wood sprouted from Sri Lanka and India in the west and the whole Burma and all over the South-East Asia up to Philippines in the East. It has a pure design of warm colors from the pink to a lightly brown. It possesses a high factor of moisture proof and preservative. After coloring Meranti windows are similar to oaks in itself. They are durable, beautiful and not so heavy in spite of its strength.
