Alphine spruce

Alphine spruce is softer than pine but is more knotty. That is why to produce spruce windows we use only built-up beam. The spruce is one of the most “breathing” wood species, so as the widows of spruce have to have a healthy microclimate. VERDE art glassing uses the Alphine spruce. It is one of the most superior ones and suits for windows production.
