Facade

The facade system is applicable when creating winter gardens, both standalone and joins the main building, as the glazing of buildings with fully glass facade. Facade systems represent a post-and-rail structures, which are installed on the outside glazing, the joints between the glazing can be closed in two ways: closed with aluminum plates - classical facade glazing and filled compound - structural facade glazing. Structural facade glazing differ from the classical one, that the whole facade becomes a single plane, with no differences that create aluminum lining. The sizes of mullions and transoms vary depending whether the facade system is a support structure or in addition there are other elements. The facade systems are easily integrated by wooden aluminum: ALU 90, ALU 109, MIRA Retro, or completely outside glass system. Mullion-transom system is made of wood. Standard facade system is suitable for glazing of large areas or creation of a winter garden. It is made of pine or spruce materials. In its execution it is quite cost-effective solution for applications where you want to get a warm interior, a wood frame and modern facade with large areas of glazing. Also it can be used for the construction of self-supporting and free-standing designs. By its nature and objectives, which elite facade system covers, it is similar to the standard, but is made of precious wood, such as oak or meranti, and may have an individual performance. What is evident: internal wooden elements are performed on individual drawings that can be specified by architects and designers. From the front of the façade the aluminum set may have individual coverage, and if necessary, we make opening elements (windows, doors) and integrate profile systems: ALU 109, AVANGARD, VERDE MIRA Retro, VERDE Retro, VERDE Vintage.
